This sake is brewed with [Fukuoka Yume Yeast] that known to generate malic acid<apple feel>. It gives fresh and juicy flavour like an apple. Recommended to drink chill. Lower Alc.13%, compared to regular sake (15%). Goes well with sour flavoured dish like sweet-sour pork, Thai foods.
