Cuvee Rita Sauvignon Blanc 2020
This bottle commemorates 10th anniversary, using 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the northern slopes of own vineyard in Hokkaido that harvested two weeks earlier than usual and second fermentation in the bottle was conducted using traditional methods. Fresh aroma and hint of minerals.
