Produced in Matsuyama, blessed with a warm climate and rich natural environment, using <Matsuyama Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Products Brand Certified Items> and <Setouchi Silver-Scaled Dried Sardines>.
This shochu features the savory umami and flavor reminiscent of dashi broth, along with the aroma of the sea, achieved by primarily using sake lees from premium Japanese sake such as “Daiginjo” and “Junmai Ginjo”—which have collectively won the “Gold Prize” seven times at the National New Sake Appraisal Competition.
